Delivery
All our watches are sent in the UK via Royal mail special delivery fully insured and this costs £10.
All watches sent outside the UK are sent via Royal Mail International Signed For or Fed ex Express and this costs £23!
All consignments require a signature upon delivery.
Most of our watches are expected to arrive within 4 to 5 working days. Please note this is an estimate and delivery times could vary either way.
For international deliveries, please allow up to 7-8 working days for delivery. Please note this is an estimate and delivery times may vary!
A signature ill be required fro all deliveries
European buyers whom live in the EU should be aware that there are NO import duties or taxes on their consignment!

Returns
If for some reason the customer is not satisfied with their product and wish to return it to us. Then they Must notify us with in 7 working days via email at instant-time@instant-time.co.uk for our approval .Once we have given our approval , we expect the watch to be returned within the next 7 days.
The acceptance of a return is on the condition that the watch is in brand new condition with all protective plastics/packaging, hang tags manuals, accessories and boxes intact. Unless you are positive you are keeping the watch, do not alter it i.e. have links removed. Once the watch has been worn even for the most insignificant amount of time the watch can be blemished or scratched in any way “diminishing value” from it! Our policy may sound a little harsh but we only specialise in brand new unworn watches.
All returns must be sent via fully insured and traceable postage service.
Once we have received your return and contacted the customer. The amount will be credited to you within 10-14 working days.
All International orders are final and the watch cannot be returned.
You will be notified at the time of purchase if your order is a special order item and the above policy won’t apply. In which case the sale will be final and non-refundable.
If the incorrect watch is sent to you due to an error on our part or the goods carry a manufacturing fault at time of delivery then we will offer you a full refund including the cost of the return postage.
If you find upon delivery that the package ahs been tampered with Please contact us immediately and the royal mail!

Authenticity
All the watches that are sold on Instant-Time.co.uk are 100% Genuine, brand new, unworn with the original boxes/manuals and serial numbers. Each watch purchased from Instant-Time comes with a 2 Instant-Time warranty.

Warranty
Instant-Time has chosen not to be an authorized dealer of any brand name manufacturer. Being an authorized dealer requires us selling watches at the manufacturers set retail price.
Instant-Time offers a 2 year warranty from the date of purchase - unless stated otherwise. The warranty covers malfunctions due to manufacturing & material defects, battery replacement & water resistance under regular use within the manufacturer’s specifications.
The warranty does not cover damages such as scratches, finish, crystals or glass, leather or fabric straps, damage due to excessive wear & tear, damage resulting from wear under conditions exceeding the watch manufacturer's water resistance limitations & damage due to physical and/or accidental abuse. Neither our own warranty nor the Manufacturers own warranty covers these items.
Any warranty repairs will be handled by Instant-Time. Once the watch has been taken else where to be fixed our warranty becomes void.
The customer is responsible to fully insure and send the watch appropriately when returning the watch to Instant-Time.

Security
All credit card & debit card details are handled by our payment service provider, HSBC. All credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. None of your details are held in clear text on any web site.

Piracy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information collected from you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We collect information about you for two reasons: firstly, to process your order and secondly, to provide you with the best possible service.
The type of information we collect about you includes: your name, address, phone numbers and e-mail address. We will not pass on your details to any third parties. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with the law.
